Welcome to Volans Venture

Volans LLC provides supply chain management services, including sourcing, warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics. We strive to deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed our clients’ expectations.
2. Confidentiality
We understand that confidentiality is critical to our clients. Therefore, we maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard all sensitive information we receive from clients or their customers.
3. Payment
All fees for our services are outlined in our service agreement with each client. Payment terms are outlined in the agreement and are to be followed. If payments are not made within the agreed terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services.
4. Liability
We make every effort to ensure that our services are delivered accurately and on time. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or expenses that arise from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, riots, strikes, or government actions.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Volans LLC, its employees, and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with prior written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be paid, and all outstanding work must be completed or delivered as agreed.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of California, USA. Any disputes arising from the agreement will be resolved in the state or federal courts of California.
